On the afternoon of April 23, the BETO Workers Representative Conference was successfully held in the training room on the first floor of the office building. There should be 88 people at the meeting, but 78 people actually got there.
The main agenda of this employee representative meeting is to review the new version of the "Regulations on the Administration of Rewards and Punishments". First, Sun Bo, Minister of Administration, gave a detailed lecture on all the provisions of the newly revised "Regulations on the Administration of Rewards and Punishments". In the end, all employee representatives voted by a show of hands and passed the regulation, which will come into effect on May 1, 2023.
The implementation of the "Regulations on Reward and Punishment Management" will help improve the company's scientific management level and promote the company's healthy development, and also provide a strong guarantee for safeguarding the rights and interests of employees.
